Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted for most items, including clothing and accessories, within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags still attached.
- All items must be returned in the same protective packaging used for delivery to ensure they remain in good condition during transit.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Underwear
- Socks
- Sale items or final clearance items

Timeframe for Returns
We offer a 14-day return window starting from the day you receive your order. Ensure your return package is postmarked within this timeframe to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Condition of Items
To process your return smoothly, ensure the following conditions are met:
- Items must not be worn, washed, or damaged.
- Tags and original packaging must still be intact.
- Items showing signs of usage (e.g., makeup stains, odors, or stretched fabric) will not be eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
Returning an item is quick and easy! Follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us
Email our customer support team at returns@nhboom.co.uk or use the contact form on our website. Be sure to include your order number and the items you’d like to return.
- Receive a Return Label
Once approved, we’ll provide you with a return label and instructions on where to send your package.
- Prepare and Ship
Pack the items securely and attach the return label. Ship it back to us via the carrier outlined in the return instructions.
- Refund/Exchange Processing
Once we receive your return and inspect the items, we’ll process your request. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, or we’ll send out the replacement item for exchanges.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Exchanges are available based on stock availability. If an exchange isn’t possible, we’ll issue a full refund instead.
Return Fees
Currently, NHBoom does not cover the cost of return shipping. The customer is responsible for this cost unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.
If we shipped the wrong product or a defective item, please contact us right away at returns@nhboom.com, and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
Exceptions and Special Cases
- Items purchased during promotions or seasonal sales may have different return conditions, which will be clearly outlined at the time of purchase.
- Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
